I am not sure I agree that is is easy to get 8 percent on your money consistently without taking some risks. The article also does not take into consideration the possibility of hyper inflation caused by the United States trying to inflate their way out of their high debt. The underlying premise I agree with though. In 2015 the bulk of the baby boomers start to retire. I would expert a dramatic increase in supply of houses for sale to start then.
