I think the new COO must feel pretty good about SYSF's prospects.
With her background, she could easily have gone to a much larger
company. It looks like a positive to me. It certainly won't be the
first time a founder/CEO got the company to a point, but simply
didn't have the experience/expertise to take the company to the
next level.
