Dennis, its been a month but Ebony was successful in completely their last JV: Ebony Gold and Gas Inc EGG Shares issued 6,761,199 Nov 12 close $0.43 Thu 13 Nov 97 Property Agreement See Slocan Holdings Ltd (SLH) Acquisition The VSE has accepted for filing an agreement dated September 30 1997 between Ebony Gold & Gas Inc and Slocan Holdings Ltd whereby Slocan can acquire Ebony's 10% working interest in and to the Hurricane Creek field, Arkansas. In order to acquire the property, Slocan has agreed to pay US$25,000 to Ebony, assume US$47,507 of debt due to the operator and pay an additional sum of US$110,000 from cash flow if the property goes into production.
