Sorry Mike, I wouldn't count on it. Too much tax loss selling going on right now. Small caps are no place to be investing ones money this time of the year on top of all the uncertainty that's going on in the world markets. "Flight to Quality" is the thinking right now. I hope I'm wrong for your sake. Cheers
