I'm guessing he's bi polar/ manic depressive and has kind of lit himself on fire with cocaine. The bits I've seen of him being interviewed leaves me with the impression that he's not even fully aware of how deep he's in. That said - I think he can get better if he kicks the blow/booze. It's a shame - he's done some good movies and I think 2 1/2 men (while cheap) is funny
