Small Stock Alert:

Guys, I looked at the Russell 2000 chart again and I did not like what I saw. If this market jitters continue, it seems like the small stocks will be the ones suffering most. Repeating the importance of cash once more, I like to remind you to be double cautious about small stocks (usually less than 400M cap).

Russell 2000 - 423: Weekly trend is down. RSI is sloping down and at 52.87. Weekly MACD is negative. Short term stochastic turned up from oversold. Directional ADX has turned bearish. Support is at 420. If it gets broken next step is 411. IMO best case for the next few months is a trading range between 420-445.
