<<Hi Koan,

Liked your analysis on the NGD A warrants. Would you do the same analysis on the NGD B warrants. I can't believe the number I'm getting. Thanks, Sam>>

A person buys $10,000 worth of A wts ($2.97 for 3,367 wts) and B wts (142,857 wts). The follow would happen if stock goes to $20, $30, $40, $50 (could happen).

A's strike is $15, stock is $10.20, expiration is 2017 and wts are $2.97. 1 fro 1

B's strike is $15, stock $10,20 expiration April 2012. 10 for 1 , pricve .07 X times 10 is .70.

NGD Stock to $20 in next 13 months:

Stock would net $10,000

NGD A' wts @ $20 stock would be worth $16,835.

NGD B' wts would be worth $71, 142.

NGD Stock to $30

Stock would net $20,000

A wts would net $50,505

B wts would be worth $214,285

NGD stock at $50:

Stock would yield $40,000 profit.

A wts would be worth $117,845

B wts would be worth $499,999 or rounded up $500,000!

YOu owe me a beer-lol
