OT - I continue to sell off stocks - COV, some bank stocks. I am 40% plus in cash and my plan is to raise it up to 50%+.
I don't think the risk reward for the general market was as bad as it is now since 2007. The trouble in the Arabian world could be the straw that breaks the camels back (via high crude prices).
My reasoning is that we have major inflation in all the wrong places. QE2 will be identified as one of the biggest failures in monetary policy of all times. Enough said, this does not really belong in a value thread.
