I heard a clip of Mitch Daniels this morning, the Gov of Indiana, who passed this a while back. Indiana is running much smoother and faster, saved tons of money (they have a $800 million surplus) and 90% of the Union members decided NOT to pay dues anymore. He said the average time spent in the state drivers offices is under 10 minutes, whereas before you could read "WAR and Peace" while you waited for lazy govt employees to get off their fat asses! ( He didn't say asses...I did) THIS is what the Wisconsin labor goons tried to prevent. The loss of dues and power, and union senority.
