What the frick would Tradeable Citizenships do to help raise the SOL in China with a population of 1.4 Billion and growing...??? same applies to India as Black Swan has stated.... Overpopulation and its inherent societal problems can only spell Doom..... One possibility is Soylent Green of course... The PRC, the CCP...are just barely getting by now (with re to civil liberty for the masses).... The Short Term answer is beautifully displayed by the example TJ sets for all of us here......
