My first response was to you with links to Stanford. Then I scanned the research paper for experimental temps - but none listed. Power generation from panels varies with both light and temp. ...conservatives are often dismissive of solar technology ... They're dismissive when it doesn't pay for itself like current solar cells - at 3x higher performance it may actually work - I'd gladly buy one if it didn't cost $30K to save $30K over 20 years - basically break even.
