Eric, the thing with solar is that it can be a great supplementary source of energy, but there's no way it's ever going to be a primary source. Sure, it's "renewable" (at least in the sense that environmentalists like to use that word), but in terms of pure energy content, it can't come close to fossil fuels.

After all, the energy content of sunlight at the equator at high noon is 1kW/m2. That's no more energy than what it takes to power a hair dryer, much less a car.

Try telling that to the libtards, though. They'll call you names and do whatever it takes to marginalize you. All because they don't realize how much of a religion environmentalism is to them.
