Brett,it's hard to say what the stock is going to do. We are
hearing lot's of rumors. The Christmas season will be good with
Quake 2 and Heavy Gear.There isn't going to be another game that
will be released that will compete with Quake. Prey,Half-Life,and
UnReal won't be released ti'll next year.Heavy Gear is all alone
also, it should be released by the end of the month.
Also, Comdex is next week. 3DFX will be running Quake 2 in their
booth,so we should get some coverage there.
Even if there is a buyout or Merger, you should do ok. I picked
up SBYT for 4 bucks a share. GTIS offered $8.63 or a percentage of
stock.What is ATVI worth?, i'd think 18 or 20.I don't think we
will see a buyout or merger ti'll after Christmas. ATVI's earnings
last Qtr were good, there best Qtr is coming up.If somebody is interested in them, i would think they would want to see how the
next Qtr does. I'm holding on,i think they can make it alone, but
if we are bought out it will be a big company, EA, CUC, merger wise
who knows??
The drop we've had lately has been on really low volume,if we
start getting big volume that takes us South,then i'd start worrying.
Considering the market conditions,ATVI is holding well.
I'm not familar with MWY, i've never looked at them.
