it is a loan guarantee by the Export Import Bank..... Why do they need a loan guarantee? For that guarantee the US will sell most if not all of the equipment Rigs these days are built in places like South Korea and Finland. A lot of o&g service equipment is still manufactured in the US of course, but thats because the Democrats haven't been able to shut it down yet. will get an agreed upon portion of any oil.... No way can you believe that. No way a third world country would make an agreement like that these days. Smacks of imperialism.
