JCS DEFENDS PRST! Sorry, but there was no mistake in addition. In the original offering THE COMPANY was going to offer 5,000 shares. Now, they are not. Wonder why? Remember, they talked about the need for additional financing. Also, Why did Heidelberg agree to that change...that the exclusive would run out in Jan '97? Jim
