I was just about to post that article. Thanks, Burp. Once again, the Obama administration has taken a radical action to ensure that race is a central player in politics. Imagine that. Dayton is about to have a high number of "police officers" of very low intelligence running around the city with loaded guns, the law on their side, and an axe to grind.
