I think it's bearish near term as they pull their money out of the markets to focus on their recovery, and then after this well needed correction is over, we'll see new highs resume as their economy gradually recovers and a rebuilding boom begins, this could only have a longer term bullish effect on the markets, just my hunch... GZ
