My first line of support at 1289 was hit today. My second line of support is 1278. Japan is a natural event. Japan has the capacity to deal with this tragic event. The one thing that hangs over the whole world is nuclear safety. For the moment, I am betting my money on that this nuclear scare can be contained. With that, it's time to reload some favorites. I stopped by a local AAPL store over the weekend. It just reinforced my view that the success of iPad is an AAPL event than a tablet revolution. I bought 3 iPad last year as gifts to family and friends. But I did not buy for myself. I thought it was a cute toy for the computer illiterate. Now, a full year later, iPad2 is incrementally better enough for me to consider buying one for myself. As more sophisticated apps like GarageBand and iMovie being ported to iPad, it becomes a legit Mac alternative in a more mobile form factor. As for the usual suspects, reloading AMD on its way down, adding INTC if it gets that cheap again, avoiding NVDA until 15, dreaming about ARMH if it comes back to earth soon.
