Hello Derek, It wasn't easy BUT it's now working..... There is always a problem when you have more then ONE group involved.... They kept passing the problem between NETCOM and MicroSoft. It turned out to be a MicroSoft problem and finally they fixed it.... All is well now and I'm ready to go!!! Dave Evans
