They diverted it from their terminal before they processed it into gas state. However, they (and SRE among others) are seeking permits to add liquifaction/export ability to existing export/regasification terminals. None approved just yet -- only LNG export facility in No. Am. is in Nikiski (Kenai), Alaska I believe.
