i can still sell the warrants for a not so bad loss but i'll give it a little more time

Hang Seng doing very well (+2.59%) as of this writing so who knows - many tech stocks have been bloodied beyond all proportion - i suspect there'll be a rally in here somewhere

sure sounds like JMAR management is getting a bit uppity with shareholders - i can't recall that i've seen such a swing in your attitude towards JMAR - turned sour all of a sudden.

Martinez must realize that he isn't a spring chicken either - if he wants to enjoy some comfortable retirement years he'd better get the share price heading north and soon. the grim reaper awaits us all.

i still think they need to do a better job at PR - with these dog n pony show they're attending maybe we'll get some street exposure and interest. unfortunately the tide of the market has turned against us - JMAR is cursed in that respect - if it weren't for bad luck we wouldn't have any luck as far as that goes.

but if JMAR wants to snub us then i'm inclined to start trading the stock at this point - i've been with it for years as well and have had it with the markets ups and downs in general - bailing out next opportunity i get and plan to pick it up lower prices when the inevitable drift down happens. can always jump back on if it starts taking off.

in fact i'm so fed up with all of the recent wall street BS and accompanying manipulations that i've decided to liquidate all my holdings under the new tax laws and take my longterm cap gains. cash is the only place for me from here on out - long term hold will be on the order of a couple of months not years. if they want long term invetors then cap gain rates will have to go to ZERO.
