Glenn, well I'm 95% TA and 5% fundamentals when it comes to penny stocks, why should we let all the MMs have all the fun. It was fore warned that ISGI was going to trickle back down to the 1/2-5/8 levels base on TA and I believe that was back in the single digit postings. Let a lone fore warned by Mr. Lent himself back when VistaQuest first made their recommendation as well as during SGA Goldstar's recommendation.

My negative tone on ISGI was strictly based on their bottom line fundamentals not penny stock games nor how much Xtimes revenue ISGI is worth, these are all fallacy when it comes to trying to determine what the market deem as fair value for a penny stock. MMs are accumulating so am I. Good luck everyone.
