Oil has been exhausted on the mainland such that big oil keeps going to greater and greater extremes in their search. Your logic (if we can call it that) is simply crazy - you prevent them from drilling because you know they won't find anything and they'll pay us to make the attempt. So nice of you to keep the oil companies from doing the wrong thing and wasting their money - you should sit on a board of directors. So your excuses that gov policies or the price of oil is causing the drop in production is a sham..... The only sham is odumbo's nonexistent energy policy and his attempts to drive energy costs higher.
