Magnum Hunter Resources Announces Pricing of Public Offering of 8.0% Series "D" Preferred Stock finance.yahoo.com The Company intends to use net proceeds from the offering for capital expenditures, working capital, acquisitions, directly or indirectly, of oil and natural gas properties, repayment or refinancing of indebtedness, investments in its subsidiaries, or general corporate purposes.
