CS Take on MLPs

Stocks to Buy: We would use the market pull-back to initiate or add to
positions in large-cap investment grade MLPs under coverage with
investment opportunities around US shale plays. These include, BWP, EPD,
ETE/ETP, KMP/KMR, OKS and PAA. We believe that the underlying cash
flow stream of these MLPs is resilient, the recent exogenous events should
not have a material impact on distribution growth potential and the MLPs
should prove to be somewhat defensive given their relatively attractive yield
of 6.1%. We expect these MLPs to generate three year distribution CAGRs
of 4.8%.
