No. Where did you get that? Downtown St Louis is one of the few census tracts in the city to see population growth over the last ten years. That's not to say downtown St. Louis is booming. In fact, the entire St. Louis metro area is in a quagmire of very slow growth. However, what's interesting to see is how industry is starting to take advantage of the lower costs of doing business in the Midwest. Will it make a big difference in Midwest growth rates? Time will tell.
