My guess is that the market players are anticipating the upcoming FDA approval of their HIV test. They'll be quick to dump once the news is out. The price of this stock has been controlled by market players for over two years now. If you're in for the long-haul, wait a few months after the FDA approval. October and November are good times to pick up shares. That's when the players are doing their tax-loss selling. I picked up a bunch of shares last November (I think it was) for under $1.
