Dear John R.: The price action we saw on Thursday I believe is solely attributable to the members of SI and Motley fool as we are the only ones presumably who know about the proposed offering and also believe other good news is forecoming today. Once the whole investment community learns of this you know what could happen as its happened to you before. Since I did not sell I hope and pray the good news turns out to be FANTASTICLY good news which is what it will take to overcome this proposed private placement. Also I hope we dont learn there is a kicker in the deal, which I cant imagin it wont have. JDN
