Where the Frac is that coming from....?

CEN.v update... analysis update posted by belt at iV:

Where the Frac is that coming from....?

There was a birdy circling my head today ... he had a few things on his mind....

1) A07 is producing at 300bopd and is deemed a commercial discovery.

2) A04 is producing in excess of 300bopd - closer to 400bopd which obviously deems it commercial as well. Here's the kicker. We were told that A04 would be a 3 stage frac - but they only did one stage to test it - ensure that it was commercial. Schlumberger is giving guidance for easily upwards of 600+bopd on a three stage frac...maybe as high as 1000bopd. They will be coming back here after Bua Ban North to drill more wells into this formation and utilizing the top technologies - laterals etc. to extract the oil by way of fracture stimulation. There is a lot of oil here and they have now proven they can get it out. These Frac's were more successful than they had hoped. Well on their way to a new 50MB bookable recoverable reserves...

3) Bua Ban A02 is drilling. They are doing an extended drill into what is believed to be the biggest terrace at Bua Ban North. Oiljack has discussed this and will add more comments I'm sure. It is not at TD yet.

4) Anticipate the first Bua Ban North well drilled to produce approximately 1000bopd based on log results.

5) Production has now surpassed 13Kbopd (still tying in final Songhkla wells)

6) CEN is currently grossing $100 per barrel of oil - around $70 net. At 13,200bopd - that's $1.32M a day gross and $925K net per day....

News likely the week after next - next week at the earliest earliest....dependent on when A02 hits TD....
