I like that term..."dead cat bounce"...question is, is it really dead, and if it is how far will it bounce? :) Though probably not as relevant for value investing... By the way, didn't Enron and Parmalat receive unqualified audit opinions from top tier audit firms? :) In the case of Parmalat, the auditors relied on faxed pages of bank statements, which turned out to be from fictitious bank accounts
