Form 144 Filing: <<The day an insider makes a good sized purchase is the day we hit $20 a share..... If news is GREAT you will see insider buying before.. ...Unfortunatley those things don't seem to happen to us. .....Not Yet at least!>> I can never tell if these registrations on Form 144 are buys or sells, but there was a Form 144 filed yesterday for a registration on 11/10/97... broker was Lehman Brothers... registrant was Daniel F. Maase -- Officer...43,666 shares registered. Anyone know how to interpret this? James, is this the day we go to $20?
