Yes, McEwen decided he wants to dump the Copper project out of MNEAF. So he issued a NR today saying MNEAF shareholders would get 1 share of NewCo for every share of MNEAF they hold. So market has decided it is time to add some value for 10 Billion pounds of copper to the share price. Trade there is to buy the Private Placement of the NewCo since they are going to need cash to pay for further exploration work and feasibility studies. That is unless Rob already has a buyer looking to pick up the Los Azules project? Oh and once NewCo is out of MNEAF, will the share price tank? Is there shorting opportunity there? Hmmm, wait - prolly can't short OTC stocks in most houses? Oh well, have to short on the TSX directly... H3
