Ritual pounding which Saddam has become so use to give to its gallant armed forces. I am not worried this is how he keeps in power- he needs diversions from shortages so people may feel what a holy Jihad they are undertaking challanging the world- but does it really make a difference typical bravados is a costly medicine for Iraq and its economy.
