rpserv, your sarcasm is uncalled for. Fact is that many people mysefl included are intimidated by opening up their computer and poking around the innards. In point of fact, unless you know what you are doing, the memory just doesn't pop in or out. It takes some figuring out . And that's why I bought the memory from GTW in the first place. GTW fell flat on its corporate face, and no amount of sarcasm from the peanut gallery changes that.

If GTW can't compete on price they damn well better have SUPERIOR service. They, imho, are a long way from that. Without superior service or pricing, there is simply no reason, compelling or otherwise, for anyone to buy a GTW machine.
