Camtasia Studio is foremost a screen recorder, for training videos and presentations.

However you can do video editing on it, and I have done it.

There are settings that will allow you to record up to 30 FPS when recording a computer screen action. The settings are 1,10,15, 30 FPS.

I used this to convert those YouTube videos:
clipconverter.cc

I selected 480p MP4 and once it was finished I downloaded the file and imported it into Camtasia. I thought you were trying to put videos together on YouTube, like the ones that are on parts, to make one large video. I tried it in Vegas and Vegas does not like 480p, I have no setting to produce a 480p video, and the one I produce is smaller or larger, the larger one does not look that good. So I use Camtasia, cause you can customize the size of the finished video.
