main risks at Fukoshima:

1. recriticality at reactor 4 fuel pond

2. plutonium dispersal, from reactor 3 fuel pond

3. damage to pumps and piping (from seawater, fires, explosions)

4, wind shifting towards Tokyo

In spite of this, I think yesterday was the day of max risk and panic.

They are getting electricity back up. A fleet of fire trucks seem to be getting water into the spent fuel pools. Radiation levels have come down slightly, allowing workers to return to the site.
