The Cyrix Media GX is not a toy system Its more powerful than most of the systems sitting on people's desks. It runs Win95 perfectly well. I strongly suggest you and other skeptics of the under $1000 PC read today's WSJ. An article there indicates 40% of Christmas sales are estimated to be of under $1000 PCs. It also states that only 50% of the buyers of these systems are not first time users. It als osays that Intel is expected to cut prices 25% in January. You are going to be very disappointed when you see you could have gotten your 233MHZ for a lot less. By the way don't lecture to me about PC's. I have been putting them together since I obtained the eight one available back when IBM started up the induustry. I assume you were in diapers then.
