OT: Purchase of PVG for the spread for the company's conversion into PVR did not work for me. PVR fell, instead of PVG rising to PVR. However, PVR is up this afternoon on a small pop, possibly for the company prospects for coal. I've got PVG-->PVR in my ira, with enough shares where I might run afoul of the UBTI issue if I held shares through to the quarterly distributions. So now that I'm in the green with all shares of PVR, I've sold down the position.
