Tommaso, Zeew, for selling short you must BORROW shares!!

As other sell, the borrowing gets more difficult, as new longs will
(may) refuse to let their shares floating around, and by that guarding their stock prices.

I will not go nto the mechanics of the short transaction as various interest rates split's and fees are involved.

In a nutshell it is easier to BUY shares than SELLING SHORT.

Happy Trading
Haim
