It is quite possible that they are. For many decades they have been agitating for the removal of the corrupt, pro-western, too secular (to their taste) Muslim governments. Now this is happening, and Islamists, no doubt, will try to catch the wave of "revolutionary situations" as it rolls across the Muslim world. Would be surprising if at least in some cases fundamentalist elements would not turn up being in charge. A large nation like Egypt would be, of course, a great prize for them.
