I would like to start a discussion on the IPO. 1st off what is everyones opinion on the type of underwritting FTEL should command? My thoughts is they should negotiate a "Firm Commitment" as opposed to a "Best-Efforts" or a "Standby Underwriting" any thoughts? Seth
