I just completed another Full Scan with MSSE; and with Spybot S&D. Both were completely clean. Spybot didn't even find any tracking cookies on this scan. Does it automatically block tracking cookies when removing them? On XP unless I explicitly blocked them in each of IE and FF, I would get the same tracking cookies every time I scanned even though I always removed them.
