I received my ballot yesterday also and am voting no on question 3. The executive board almost doubles in salary what the company made in profit this quarter. More options at this time are not needed. I only wish we could convince RP and the board to vote with their shareholders and not take this undeserved pay hike. Yes, it is worth voting. Every share that votes NO sends a message stronger that investors also should make money. Redbird
