sometimes your logic is questionable. why do you accept as fact the numbers that are kept in a mayo jar on the porch:>

i suspect mike is leading up to the issue of how many additional shares have been or will be issued because of the prior acquisitions that are discussed in the 10K.

BTW: when do you find time to do any farming? ;)
