Tony these trades could just as easily be between MMs for the purpose
of filling a large sale as they could be from "insider selling".

Just because something crosses the tape at the bid doesn't mean it's
a sale either. When large blocks of stock are traded, like yesterday
when we saw the 1M shr trade they are negotiated outside of the
market.

I'm not being blindly optimistic here, I don't know what the situation
was with the trades. I'm just saying there are a lot of other possibilites
other than insider trading. Also, if it WAS insider trading do you think
someone could sell 1/7th of the entire float and not move the bid at
all? The very fact that half the float traded yesterday and the price
didn't shift tells me that it wasn't people bailing but rather MMs
trading among themselves.... JMO.

On the investor's packet... keep in mind that this is a .20 stock and
you're not going to see something like Intel would send you. I'd rather
they focus on making money instead anyway. I'm sure they get about
a zillion requests for investor info and stuff like this adds up fast.

So basically now in this post I've done exactly what you did: Take the
things I was seeing and make a bunch of assumptions without bothering
to find out if it's true. We both should have made some calls before
posting I suppose. ;-) The fact that Cheryl has already heard of the
large block stuff before it happened makes me think that my explanation
is probably correct though.
