Aastrom Biosciences (ASTM), Approval from shareholders special Meeting

Company shareholders approved amendments to the restated articles of incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of ASTM’s common stock from 62,500,000 to 150,000,000 and to increase the number of shares available under the 2009 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan.

The amendments were approved at a special meeting on Monday, 3/21/11.
