what are the requirements for holding a green card? Depends : - Family Migration - Occupational skills - Refugee Status are the 3I am aware of.... Family Migration & Refugee Status usually get processed faster, because the migrant has a family member giving assurance, or the migrant is a refugee with no recourse. BTW the "Green Card" is actually Pink in color.... google.co.in
