I know.. My brother just called me tonight, about the Zags and the Cougs game tonight.. He was so depressed about his cattle, he lost a young heifer and her calf yesterday.. through no fault of his own but through nature.. a still born or partial born and coyotes and ravens took over the rest.... Actually, he caught it early and him and some friends were able salvage some of the young mother for beef.. Mainly Emotionaly, imo.. It was a f'ng trying day for Ron, and not a spring chicken in his late 60's, trying to feed decent food to the ungrateful... He is about ready to throw in the towel on raising cattle.. And I don't blame him...
