For a manifest of 300 passangers, 30-60 seconds per baggage translates into something like 150 - 300 minutes (2.5 - 5 hours). Do you want to arrive at the airport an EXTRA 2.5 hours early? (Of course these times are reducted by mutiple scanners, but then your cost is increased.)
