It its reasonably likely that unlike Chernobyl not a single death will be conclusively linked to this nuclear incident, which wouldn't mean it didn't kill anyone (although that's possible too), only that if it does the actual death will come after a long time and be hard to pin to this incident. Its essentially certain that the earthquake/tsunami related deaths that are not nuclear related with be much larger than the early deaths from radiation release.

Its also pretty certain that this incident will harm the prospects of nuclear power going forward (in a way that I feel isn't really deserved)
